Find the table name of given column name in Oracle

If someone asks you  to find the table name which contains given column name in oracle platform, you need to query against the ALL_TAB_COLUMNS.

From Oracle documentation, ALL_TAB_COLUMNS  describes the column of the tables, views and cluster accessible to the current user.

You can query like this to find the table name which contains given column name:

SELECT table_name FROM all_tab_columns
WHERE column_name LIKE '%your_search_column_name%'

My Voyage in Programming

As talking about my programming experience, I have hold around one and half year of professional expertise in programming so far. But, my interest in this field had aroused after completing high level schooling. Since then, I am somehow, acquainted with the various form of programming styles such as functional programming, object oriented programming. I have enjoyed them a lot especially with object oriented style of programming.

As my initial days of programming had on C, it really brew some important concept and skills in me, thereby making a solid foundation for me. After getting familiar with C, I had tried on some Object Oriented(OO) stuffs, undoublty, C++ which infact provides large set of OO ideas and concept. It really made good impression on me so later on (after one year), I had learned JAVA which I think, is one of best PL in the world.  It really helped me a lot to implement the OO concept and ideas web related stuffs along with desktop application. After having some fun with JAVA world , I had delved into .NET world which is my choice of language in present day. My professional days is driving in this platform too. I would like to share some professional experience of .NET platform.

My professional .NET programming experience commenced with the internship where I was assigned to develop Inventory Management System(web based) for a well renowned bank of Nepal. This was really a great oppurtunity for me to work around to develop the system using ASP.NET, C#.NET and Oracle 10 g.This experience escalated my confidence level in .NET world and I was completely convinced with the platform. After completing my internship, I moved to another company where I  was assigned the post of .NET software developer where I used to develop the web based system.Till this date, I am working in the same company and having fun at all.I hope the same fun you are going to enjoy....
